Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

The Marketing Specialist works with a team of 15 revenue-producing consultants to deliver engaging, scalable marketing programs that drive revenue-generating opportunities. Reporting to Corporate Marketing and taking strategic direction from TCS’s revenue leader, this role drives marketing programs for a team that sells executive recruiting, compensation consulting and related services.

Digital Lead Generation (33%)

  • Inbound Lead Generation: Build and execute web forms, webinars, digital advertising and other strategies focused on capturing new leads to nurture them and pass off to the Sales Team.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Build and execute multi-touch marketing programs—email, paid and organic channels, social media, events—focused on optimizing the buyer’s digital journey.

Brand Development & Content Creation (33%)

  • Partner with copywriters and designers to leverage existing and/or develop new thought leadership and promotional content that drives prospect engagement in marketing programs.
  • Lead brand-focused projects in both digital outlets (web, social, etc.) and physical collateral (flysheets, brochures, etc.).

Sales Activation (33%)

  • Serve as connector between sales and marketing teams ensuring leads are handed off to Sales Team, creating sales-enabling reports and dashboards, and driving internal communication.
  • Develop communication templates, to be used by the Sales Team, in mediums like email, phone and social media that increase new lead to open opportunity close ratio.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with and examples of integrated marketing campaign implementation.
  • Ability to be intellectually creative, strong in process execution, data-driven, and in-tune with sales and marketing alignment.
  • While not working towards an assigned revenue goal, the desire to win, succeed and outperform the competition is an intrinsic quality that will create success and align with the team’s culture.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to drive internal communication throughout all levels of organization.
  • Experience with production and creative platforms (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, etc.).
  • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to utilize CRMs and marketing automation systems to drive marketing programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience – can include non-full-time experience.
