Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proven, high-energy leader to serve as a marketing manager for our rapidly growing accounting, tax, and advisory practice. Reporting to the National Marketing Director, this proactive professional will work in partnership with local practitioners and the national marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies that drive lead flow, increase client/prospect engagement and nurture relationships that invigorate practice growth.

Responsibilities:

  •      Operates within a Corporate environment to develop and implement local marketing plans which align with business unit goals; executes enterprise growth           initiative
  •      Works with local practitioners, revenue producers and business development peers to create a collaborative partnership to drive marketing and sales efforts
  •      Leverages national resources and infrastructure to drive local lead generation programs – overseeing process end to end
  •      Curates targeted prospect lists to fuel outbound marketing and nurturing efforts
  •      Prepares local marketing budget and manages annual spend focused on driving growth
  •      Develops strategic partnerships with regional and local organizations that facilitate lead flow; analyzes involvement and associated ROI
  •      Identifies, coord ina tes, and strategically evaluates event sponsorships and seminars to generate maximum ROI
  •      Research market trends and competitor positioning; advances pertinent findings and recommendations to leadership
  •      Serves as liaison between subject matter experts and our national PR firm for media/PR opportunities
  •      Identify potential earned media opportunities for local office
  •      Event marketing and KPI reporting
  •      Proposal tracking and reporting for both national and local use
  •      Encourages use of social sharing and selling tools
  •      Relishes in role as a brand ambassador; ensures adherence with company brand standards


Preferred Qualifications

  •        Ba c h e lor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
  •        7+ years of B2B m a r k eting e x pe r ien ce
  •        Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •        Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
  •        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and desire to build effective relationships with colleagues, peers, vendors, and management.
  •        Self-starter with confidence to advance ideas and build strong business cases.
  •        Direct supervision experience preferred
  •        Ability to communicate across professional levels
  •        Proven project management skills, including demonstrated organization and interpersonal skills.
  •        Energetic, creative, consultative, and solutions oriented.
  •        Ability to work with limited supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • High School diploma (or GED) and 7 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Must have and preserve required licenses
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel as required by business
