Your Role:

The Marketing Intern will provide support to the Bellevue office by: 

  • Assisting with event planning, logistics, and execution 
  • Providing administrative work pertaining to internal and external marketing communications 
  • Coordinating daily marketing activities such as scheduling, word processing and proofreading, proposal support, and assisting with the production of key deliverables 
  • Maintaining critical data resources – i.e. SalesForce (which will be taught) 
  • Coordinating marketing presentations and seminars as requested 
  • Collaborating with marketing team and leadership with marketing plans 
  • Attending networking events and interacting with clients, prospective clients, and industry professionals 
  • Acts as a brand ambassador and ensures adherence with company brand standards 
  • Basic video editing and design skills 
  • Performing related work as required 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Public Relations 
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail 
  • Interest in and/or experience with detailed event planning 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to interface with all levels of firm management as well as outside business contacts and clients 
  • Initiative and ability to multi-task effectively 
  • Ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines 
  • Desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge of accounting industry 
  • Self-motivated yet able to follow direction and see tasks through to completion 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Interest in video and design work 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates must be enrolled in a college or university with the intent of graduating with a degree in a relevant field.  

Compensation

  • The hourly rate for this job in this market is $17 - $25. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
