Job Description

CBIZ Network Solutions provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch office locations in the US and Canada. We are a trusted Edward Jones vendor with a strong focus on customer service. Our team troubleshoots and repairs computers, printers, telephone systems and other technical components. In addition, our team provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones as needed to coordinate projects, manage processes and provide software solutions.

CBIZ has an IMAC Specialist position available in our St. Louis, MO office. This position provides Installation, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) coordination and support to Edward Jones branch offices.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate multiple vendors and manage multiple activities while ensuring the highest level of service and quality.
  • Coordinate and process the installation of circuit upgrades and fallouts.
  • Coordinate and track the installation, removal and movement of additional phone lines and electronic equipment including, terminals, additional monitors, fax machines and printers in existing branch offices.
  • Place orders for additional phone services and features with the local phone companies.
  • Coordinate and track the installation of phone lines, data circuits, equipment and furniture into new or moving branch offices.
  • Manage the installation and disconnect of branch office data circuits.
  • Manage relationships with various vendors, Edward Jones and CBIZ departments to ensure successful completion of branch related activities.
  • Place all IGBN circuit orders and disconnects.
  • Order all IGBN pre-qualified site surveys.


  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • One to two years of technical related and/or project management experience
  • Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Basic knowledge of branch office hardware, software and operating systems
  • Must have strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Must have strong basic Math aptitude
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Very strong customer service delivery
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results and seek solutions
  • Self-motivated and able to function with minimal supervision
  • Task-oriented and focused on resolving issues.
