 Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

The Growth Marketing Specialist works with a team of revenue-producing consultants to deliver engaging, scalable marketing programs that drive revenue-generating opportunities. Reporting to Corporate Marketing and taking strategic direction from Talent & Compensation Solutions’ revenue leader, this role drives marketing programs for a team that sells executive recruiting, compensation consulting and related services.

Brand Development & Content Creation (33%)

•        Partner with copywriters and designers to leverage existing and/or develop new thought leadership and promotional content that drives prospect engagement and increases web traffic.

•        Lead brand-focused projects in both digital outlets (web, social, etc.) and physical collateral (flysheets, brochures, etc.).

•        Partner with individual consultants to create scalable processes for building consistent personal brands across various marketing channels.

Demand Generation (33%)

•        Inbound Lead Generation: Build, execute and leverage web forms, landing pages, email, and other strategies focused on capturing net-new leads to nurture through to sales-ready state.

•        Outbound Lead Generation: Ideate, build, coordinate, leverage and execute multi-touch account-based marketing, email, paid advertising, and social selling campaigns focused on engaging existing leads to convert them to opportunities for Sales Team.

•        Account-Based Marketing: Creation of hyper-targeted, account-based marketing campaigns designed to drive revenue, recognition, and relationship within identified priority accounts.

Sales Enablement (33%)

•        Serve as a connector between sales and marketing teams, ensuring leads are handed off to the Sales Team, adjusting marketing programs based on sales feedback loop and maintaining consistent internal communication with sales leadership and associates.

•        Develop communication templates, to be used by Sales Team, in mediums like ABM, email, phone and social media that increase new lead to open opportunity close ratio.

•        Build relationships with TCS Consultants to efficiently align people, processes and priorities with relevant communications and training for continued adoption of sales enablement technology. 

Preferred Requirements:

•        Experience with and examples of integrated marketing campaign implementation.

•        Ability to be intellectually creative, strong in process execution, data-driven, and in-tune with sales and marketing alignment.

•        While not working towards an assigned revenue goal, the desire to win, succeed and outperform the competition is an intrinsic quality that will create success and align with the team’s culture.

•        Effective written and verbal communication skills to drive internal communication throughout all levels of organization.

•        Experience with production and creative platforms (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, etc.).

•        Demonstrated experience with CRMs and marketing automation systems is necessary to succeed because this role will predominantly use Salesforce and Pardot to drive marketing programs.

•        Understanding of and/or previous experience with Account-Based Marketing

Minimum Requirements:

•        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communication or related field.

•        Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience – can include non-full-time experience.
