CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc. (Property & Casualty) is looking for an experienced, creative, energetic and passionate communication and design professional to support the division’s marketing and sales initiatives.  The Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist will serve as a primary design resource for the P&C marketing and sales teams.

This role will be responsible for the development of visually appealing material in support of the P&C division.  They will be responsible for creating content that inspires, educates, and engages multiple buyer personas. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and design, driven to make an impact and capable of collaborating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

•        Create impactful marketing collateral that connects with both internal and external audiences.

•        Design material for both digital platforms (websites, videos, emails, social media) and print media (brochures, flyers), adapting designs as necessary for various       formats.

•        Develop templates to be used for proposal responses, finalist presentations and other sales enablement material.

•        Work directly with the P&C Marketing team to conceptualize and create content for a variety of audiences/ industries. 

•        Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material,

ensuring all visual materials align with the CBIZ corporate identity.

•        Actively listen to feedback from team members and internal clients, revising designs and incorporating suggestions to achieve desired outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

•        Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

•        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and internal clients

•        Ability to meet required deadlines and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

•        Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

•        Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

•        Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

•        Experience with graphic design and video editing tools

•        Familiarity with email design best practices and email platforms

•        Ability to accurately prioritize projects and meet required deadlines

•        Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training

Minimum Qualifications:

•        Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

•        Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, Audition and other graphic design and video editing software

•        Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
