Position Description:

CBIZ is seeking a creative, energetic and passionate purpose-driven individual to join our Employee Benefits team and help retain clients and drive our company’s growth to the next level. The Graphic & Digital Media Coordinator will work with both our Communications Consulting and National Marketing Teams to produce B2B client and prospect-facing content for various audiences and for distribution across multiple platforms.

This role will be responsible for the development of custom client and sales materials as well as creating prospect facing content that inspires, educates and engages multiple buyer personas. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and design, driven to make an impact and capable of collaborating with multiple teams to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

Client Services and Communications Consulting (50%)

  • Collaborate with Communications Consulting team to develop custom client deliverables including websites, print materials and videos
  • Obtain input from clients to develop designs that represent the company or client appropriately
  • Provide marketing and ongoing project management assistance
  • Develop templates to be used for proposal responses, finalist presentations and employee benefit educational materials
  • Support national practices with developing sales and client-facing deliverables

Employee Benefits Marketing (50%)

  • Work directly with the Marketing team to produce content for a variety of audiences and for distribution across various platforms 
  • Develop digital assets including flysheets, guides, reports, landing pages articles, scorecards and infographics as well as graphics for the promotion of these materials
  • Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
  • Update and maintain internal databases of designs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, clients and outside business contacts
  • Ability to meet required deadlines and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools
  • Ability to accurately prioritize projects and meet required deadlines
  • Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, Audition and other graphic design and video editing software
