Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Perform all aspects of client field work relating to valuation engagements under the direct supervision of senior consultants and above
  • Analyzing, summarizing, recording, and converting client’s data
  • Understanding of, and ability to compute, financial ratios and perform comparisons among various comparable companies
  • May perform administrative support functions, client communication letters, request forms, etc.
  • Extensive research and report writing skills
  • Communicating and resolving questions or problems with clients

Minimum Qualifications:
  

  • A degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and 3+ years experience in valuation or consulting preferred. 
  • Work toward ASA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant certification is desired.
  • Working knowledge of Crystal Ball, Microsoft Excel and Monte Carlo preferred.
  • Must possess a valid in-state drivers license as overnight travel will be required
  • Proficient computer ability relative to the constructing of complex formulas and macros
