Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Helping to get the internal SharePoint site up and running.  Execute the organization of it and doing follow up on content as needed
  • Update timely the CAAS teams scheduling Teams sheet and following up on those who are not current.
  • Streamline, manage and organize the engagement letter process from taking the contacts, scope, fees and assumptions through updating the correct templates, getting approvals and managing the engagement letters through the DocuSign process and updating the final signed copy to the network.
  • Streamline manage and organize the proposal process from taking the contacts, scope, workplan and assumptions through updating the correct templates, getting approvals and sending out to prospects.
  • Similar with NDA’s as needed.
  • Help facilitate, follow up, organize and maintain the Loom video trainings for CAAS over all as well as it relates to clients.
  • Using analytical tools help maintain staff & client listings across all CAAS
  • Organize and maintain future new processes, and repositories
  • Work with the CAAS group and marketing on minor marketing initiatives that will occur.
  • Assisting in managing certain 3rd party system billing aspects.
  • Assist CAAS Mgr/Directors and Managing Director in some selected billing coordination
  • Assist in streamlining the CAAS new client set up process from the operations side.
  • Periodic scanning, printing/binding reports, copying, DocuSign, meeting coordination.
  • Assisting the team with submitting and following up on IT requests, especially for remote workers.
  • Other aspects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills  Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently 
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
