Document management professionals aid the entire Forensic Consulting Practice by supporting the inflow, organization and documentation of records received by the various parties to a litigation.  They will be trained to use the firm’s Docuware software to electronically scan, tag and store documents.  Position includes exposure to a variety of industries and record types including banking, accounting, legal, personal spending, and business organization documents. 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Function as administrative liaison with internal and external clients
  • Administer special projects as requested; communicate status
  • May conduct research; produce reports
  • Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications
  • Execute administrative duties as assigned
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 

Qualifications Required

  • High School diploma or GED 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

The hourly rate for this job in this market is $20.00 - $22.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.The compensation above is not representative of an employee’s total compensation.
