CBIZ is seeking a Data Coordinator in our Woodstock, GA office. 

An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience working in databases and data processing, possessing strong communication, logical thinking, problem solving skills, and be comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Process and reconcile data feeds
  • Develop database functions, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Create and edit feed processing applications
  • Assist with data conversions
  • Develop back-end and interface reports and queries
  • Designs solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Coordinates, plans, and participates in the execution of assigned projects
  • Prepares and maintains system and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years IT related experience 
  • College degree or equivalent 
  • Develop database functions, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Create and edit feed processing application
  • Assist with data conversion
  • Develop back-end and interface reports and queries
  • Designs solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Coordinates, plans, and participates in the execution of assigned projects
  • Prepares and maintains system and process documentation

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • High School Education or GED 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, accounting and payroll tax filing procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology; aptitude and willingness to learn CBIZ payroll system
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Able to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
