Position Overview

The Salesforce CRM Coordinator will work at the local office level along with the National Salesforce Team to ensure data is complete and accurate based on established national policies and procedures.  This individual will be responsible for collecting information and entering and maintaining it as well as being the ‘go-to’ person for all Salesforce related questions. This individual will work in conjunction with various local business groups such as leadership, accounting, marketing and other practice professionals to ensure the integrity of the data.


  • Gathers and updates pipeline information for the office.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate information of existing records, including new prospect opportunities, clients and contacts.
  • Works closely with local office marketing group to ensure client and prospect contact information is accurate in Salesforce.
  • Completes special projects including database cleanup and reconciliations of information to other systems.
  • Processes and reconciles TRACS cross-serve referrals in Salesforce.
  • Adds/updates/removes attest affiliates in Salesforce.
  • Generates pipeline and monthly wins reporting for local leadership.
  • Creates ad hoc reports to support management and local practice groups as requested.
  • Generates MHM standard workpaper reports for independence checking.
  • Performs all conflict checks in the system and reports results to appropriate Attest personnel and other leadership members as required.
  • Communicates system and operational issues to the National Salesforce Administration Team and Senior Managing Director as appropriate.
  • Actively participates in various CRM Coordinator conference calls, meetings and other National initiatives.
  • Educates office personnel on local and national guidelines, processes, policies, and system requirements.
  • Supports both project and on-going support/maintenance activities related to Salesforce.
  • Manages duplicate records and completes required information on accounts, contacts and opportunities.
  • Develops strong relationships with other business users at all levels in the organization.
  • Works with time and billing (T&B) champion to ensure CRM and T&B system data are aligned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, company and personnel information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Functions

  • Proactively seeks out and gathers client, contact, and opportunity updates from practice professionals.
    • Performs data entry and updates within
    • Maintains data hygiene, ensuring CRM information is clean and actionable.
    • Produces reports from in a timely manner.


    • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
    • Proven experience with data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably
    • Passionate about data and ensuring that it is clean and actionable
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
    • Exceptional communication and listening skills
    • Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
    • Able to manage deadlines, work efficiently on multiple projects and prioritize assignments
    • Able to work in an unstructured environment as the position evolves
    • Exceptional project management skills are essential
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to build relationships with personnel in at all levels of the organization
    • Works well as a team with others
    • High School diploma or GED
