CBIZ Network Solutions provides onsite and virtual technical support to Edward Jones home and branch office locations in the US and Canada. We are a trusted Edward Jones vendor with a strong focus on customer service. We are seeking an HR coordinator to assist part-time with our onboarding process and special projects.



Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Function as administrative support for the Network Solutions HR team
  • Conduct pre-screening of applications
  • Keep in regular contact with individuals in the per-employment process
  • Complete all new hire processes and paperwork in a timely manner 
  • Coordinate and communicate new hire training scheduled
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Completes customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files 
  • Effectively operated all department equipment and software applications
  • Execute administrative duties as assigned
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned



Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated attention to accuracy and details 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 



Qualifications Required

  • High School diploma or GED 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
