CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent construction accounting, project management, analytical, and communication skills and attention to detail.  The Construction Cost Review Senior Associate will be responsible for managing multiple construction project audits.  The Senior Associate will be required to communicate effectively with clients as well as management and provide construction audit training to Interns and Associates. 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Support Construction Cost Review team with managing ongoing construction project audits
• Communicate and respond to client requests
• Train Consultants regarding effective construction audit techniques
• Prepare client deliverables
• Manage construction audit project schedule

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Economics or Construction Management
• 3 years of previous construction audit experience, additional experience preferred
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the construction industry and construction accounting
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients
• Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skills
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
