Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Independently manages the day-to-day client service support to an assigned block of more complex clients
  • Resolve complex customer service problems directly
  • May provide guidance,direction/coaching and training to less experienced client service staff
  • Escalate client concerns when appropriate
  • Ability to conduct client meetings as needed
  • Discuss with clients applicable legislation and market trends
  • Generate client interest in additional lines of coverage and cross serving opportunities
  • Maintain data integrity and quality with applicable software on a timely basis
  • Execute administrative duties as assigned
  • Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED 
  • 5 years experience in human capital management industry required
  • Relevant experience managing multiple clients of increasing complexity in the human capital management TPA field
  • Experience working in a client service environment
  • Experience in multi-state employment regulations
  • Experience working in a Business-to-Business client service interface or systems integration environment
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel as necessary
