Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Independently delivers services to clients and provides support to internal team members
  • Assist in organizing daily tasks and managing work loads
  • Assist internal and external clients with requests and problems in timely manner
  • Ensure internal controls are followed accurately
  • Record changes as appropriate to respective software program(s)
  • Notify appropriate person/s of changes ensuring data accuracy
  • Assist with new hire training
  • Support internal employees; act as mentor for less experienced employees
  • Assist team members by fielding questions prior to escalation to team leader
  • Work to exceed department metrics and goals as established by manager and team leader
  • Effectively operate all department equipment
  • Perform full range of customer service according to commitments and standards set forth by the department
  • Work to understand new department processes, procedures and/or programs; assist in training new or less experienced employees
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Process software sales orders
  • Review order details for completeness and correctness
  • Host hand off meetings from sales producer to operations team
  • Host Welcome call with client to review order, implementation, methodology, and next steps.
  • Upon conclusion of implementation, host transition calls with customer to review Service methodology
  • Communicate effectively
  • Meet established deadlines
  • Effectively operate and use all departmental hardware and software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Needs excellent communication skills, professional client facing role.
  • Experience with HR, Payroll, and Time Management Software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $19.51-$29.27 per hour. The specific compensation for this role

will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
