Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Works directly with the National Campus Recruiting Team to facilitate the full campus recruiting lifecycle
  • Aides in the initial contact for written and verbal communications with internal and external candidates on behalf of the National Campus Recruiting Team and hiring managers
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with the local offices nationwide by utilizing Outlook calendars, contacting the candidates and the hiring managers, and booking rooms as needed
  • Plans, manages, and helps execute large-scale campus interview days; including creating schedules, rescheduling candidates, procuring space, confirming candidate travel, assisting with on-site logistical issues, and troubleshooting solutions with the campus recruiters
  • Works alongside campus recruiters to plan, support, and coordinate campus recruiting events. May assist in creating and developing necessary marketing materials, digital resources, presentations, etc.
  • Support building and executing a campus-focused social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, strategic messaging and audience identification. Assist the campus team to generate, edit, publish weekly content and enhance meaningful connections 
  • Represent CBIZ brand through communications with applicants, candidates, University career centers, and other external vendors
  • Provide operational support using recruiting technology/software to enhance team processes and efficiency
  • Use university job boards to post positions, source candidates, register for campus events, and send targeted messaging
  • Gain proficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create and manage requisitions
  • Coordinate recruiting metrics and candidate tracking across all business units; gather and interpret data; prepare reports; present data to team and internal HR stakeholders
  • May conduct initial candidate phone screens
  • Manage multiple priorities from multiple campus recruiters and stakeholders
  • Administer special projects as requested; communicate status
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Computer proficiency in LinkedIn, Handshake, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter 
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet assigned timelines
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
