Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Create and professionalize all outgoing client communication
  • Review and maintain all client/public facing content including collateral and help articles
  • Create product specific guidelines for new product rollout
  • Assist with internal communications
  • Assist with content, communication and processes for referral channels
  • Identify and implement a strategy to improve client engagement
  • Work on campaigns to current clients for additional business
  • Assist in maintaining and promoting the brand in all CBIZ HCM markets
  • Assist in collection and interpretation of client feedback for future marketing and communication efforts
  • Assist in communicating and marketing monthly product webinars

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Experience with content management and marketing campaign tools (Pardot, CRM tools, Hubspot)
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
