About the Role


The Research Associate will help the business scale by identifying top talent for consulting positions.  This position will conduct market research, competitive intelligence and talent mapping to find and engage top talent across the firms’ service lines.

  • Conduct research to map markets and generate candidate names and profiles
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of the firms’ recruiting team by providing education on markets, talent pools, profiles
  • Engage and build relationships with candidates, and perform initial dialogue
  • Build out talent networks in certain functions/markets
  • Participate in service line update meetings on active projects and prepare reports
  • Shadow interviews and debriefs
  • Provide guidance and advice in a true partnership with leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a market or candidate research function
  • Inquisitive, with a strong desire to learn
  • Highly articulate, strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, can keep up with a fast paced recruiting culture
  • Qualitative research skills, including the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of
  • organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
