Job Purpose/Objective

  • Create interest in CBIZ Tenant Advisory services and convert interest into a sales meeting
  • Create highly relevant sales opportunities for Brokers 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Search for potential customers, clients or buyers in order to develop new business
  • Research potential customers and determine the quality of the lead
  • Identify the gatekeeper (person in charge of communicating or preventing information from reached decision maker) and the decision maker (the person in charge of making the final decision on the sale)
  • Evaluate and qualify needs
  • Orchestrate sales discussions between producers and decision makers
  • Document findings in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Accountable for setting own priorities on a day-to-day and weekly basis; managing competing priorities; and the achievement of own results within required timeframes and compliance with set procedures
  • Different innovative techniques and methods are applied or a range of imaginative solutions/responses are developed
  • Initiative and originality are required in developing and modifying existing approaches
  • Decisions may require discretion and judgement
  • Develops, manages and cultivates strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, promoting the agency's objectives
  • Provides a high level of responsiveness to stakeholders 

Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0 -3 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced research skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-Motivated
  • Goal Oriented
