Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level customer end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Manage user security and permissions
  • Identify, enter, resolve, and or escalate support tickets, issues, and questions
  • Become proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Coordinate enhancement requests with the development team
  • Coordinate and or perform validation of various modules and features as they are implemented
  • Coordinate and assist with end user training including development of system documentation and training materials
  • Stays current on BC software application functional capabilities
  • Works collaboratively with other team members to ensure world class customer support

Preferred Qualifications                                     

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
  • Interest in working in a client facing environment
  • Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Flow, and PowerApps a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft SSRS a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio a plus
  • Experience with Jet Reports and other ISVs a plus

Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
