Essential Functions and Primary Duties   

  • Performs Direct Bill Temp Cash accounts receivable transactions
  • Organize and prepare work papers as supporting documentation to accounts receivable transactions
  • Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications
  • Administer general ledger coding, check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and proper codes
  • Additional responsibilities as reasonably assigned
  • May conduct research; produce reports
  • Comply with federal state and company policies, procedures, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  •     Bachelor's degree

Minimum Qualifications

  •     High School Diploma or GED 
  •     Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  •     Proficient use of applicable technology
  •     Proven time-management and multi-tasking skills preferred
  •     Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  •     Exhibit judgment and initiative in performing support tasks
