Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Responsible for issuing recurring and ad hoc reporting using internal systems (M3, Oracle, etc.)
  • Assist with period-end close process (journal entries, reporting, etc.)
  • Assist with developing billing queries and researching client billing discrepancies
  • Commission Reporting for Sales Producers 
  • Assist with annual budgeting process
  • Serve as backup for bank file creation/submission process
  • Assist with training on subject matter
  • Support internal and external audits as needed (providing backup, addressing inquiries, etc.)
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Excel skills are strongly preferred (example: pivot tables, Vlookup, formulas, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience in accounting, finance, banking, or related field 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
