We are seeking a results-oriented individual to work as a Coordinator for our Benefits & Insurance division in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment to provide support services assigned to meet the needs of the business unit.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

• Accurate and timely application of Cash receipts

• Organize and prepare work papers as supporting documentation for audit requests

• Input data into appropriate software to record, store and analyze information

• Administer general ledger coding, check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and proper codes

• Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations

• Execute administrative duties as assigned

• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED 

• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter

• Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise

• Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of
organization, both internally and externally

• Effective customer service skills

• Proficient use of applicable technology

• Ability to work in team environment as well as independently

• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
